Hotels and Accommodations near Kennedy Space Center | Florida's Space Coast Attractions

Florida's Space Coast is the only place on Earth where visitors can witness a live shuttle launch. If you plan on being in our area for a launch, you have two options for viewing one. A limited number of Launch Transportation Tickets for viewing selected Space Shuttle and Expendable Launch Vehicle launches on Center are available for purchase through Kennedy’s Visitor Complex. This ticket provides transportation to the KSC viewing site 7 miles from the shuttle pads. For details, call (321) 449-4444.
Even though Kennedy Space Center offers the best seats in the house, there are also many prime viewing areas outside of the complex such as along the shores of the Indian River, U.S. Space Walk of Fame, the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame, the Cocoa Beach Pier or any of the beaches south of Port Canaveral.
Note: You can always find a current launch schedule here, but dates are always subject to change, so check back often.
