2008 Space & Air Show

Framed by the backdrop of famous launch facilities, aerospace, aviation and astronauts will take to the skies for the second annual Space & Air Show at Kennedy Space Center. This year’s show brings together the best in military aircraft, coupled with precision pilots and veteran astronauts to celebrate spaceflight and aviation. This is only the second time the Navy's elite flight demonstration squadron the Blue Angels, have performed at Kennedy Space Center. Over 30 years have passed since they last visited America’s gateway to space.

Space & Air Show Highlights

• Performance by the Blue Angels
• Military aircraft demonstrations by the
  F-16 Fighting Falcon and F/A-18 Super Hornet
• 920th Rescue Wing water rescue demonstration
• Performances by Mike Goulian sponsored by Castrol Aviator aviation oils and the Air Force Reserve Biplane Show featuring Ed Hamill
• Astronaut Autograph & Memorabilia Show featuring astronauts from Mercury, Gemini, Apollo and the Space Shuttle programs. The autograph show requires a separate admission. Click here for more information.
